Bike Transport from Noida To Mysuru Overview: Distance, Time, And Why It Varies
Infosys campus staff, university students and retirees choose Mysuru for its calm. Many carriers go to Bangalore first and then take the expressway.
This is a long one: about 2,280 km and 7–9 days on the road. Anyone who quotes you less than a week for a haul this size should be asked, politely, how they plan to do it. The route normally follows NH44 to Bangalore, then the Bengaluru–Mysuru Expressway.
| Road distance | About 2,280 km |
|---|---|
| Standard transit | 7–9 days |
| Express transit | 4–6 days |
| Starting price (commuter bike) | ₹6,650 onwards |
| Pickup | Noida and the rest of NCR (Delhi, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Faridabad) |
| Delivery | Door delivery in Mysuru and nearby areas |

Why the timing changes
Almost all the delay is in the Noida–Bangalore leg. The Bengaluru–Mysuru Expressway itself is fast, and the Dasara festival in October brings extra traffic.
Besides that, four things move the date more than anything else:
- How often carriers leave for Mysuru. A bike booked on a day when a vehicle is already loading leaves sooner than one that waits for a full load.
- Season. Rain on the west side from June to September and the north-east monsoon on the east coast from October to December slow trucks. Winter fog affects only the first day out of Noida.
- Where you are in the NCR. Pickup from inside Noida's sectors is quickest. If you are in Delhi, Gurgaon or Faridabad, mention your sector when you ask for the quote.
- Who receives it. A delivery that needs an RWA letter or gate pass takes longer than one where the driver can park outside and hand over.
Pickup from Noida: what to expect
Noida pickups run through sectors and societies. Most apartment towers have an AOA, a guard room and a vehicle list, and Greater Noida West societies often add a gate pass. Typical starting points for Mysuru bookings are Sector 128, Sector 93, Sector 18, Sector 137 and Sector 75.
Noida has the best start for Mysuru: the Yamuna Expressway begins inside the city, so the vehicle gets onto the corridor without touching Delhi's roads. That alone saves roughly 50 km compared with a Delhi pickup. Peak-hour jams at the DND Flyway, Chilla border and Sector 62 can delay a late-morning loading, so an early slot is better.

Looking to Shift Your Bike from Noida to Mysuru! - 3 Ways To Transport Your Bike From Noida To Mysuru
There are really only three options. Here is how each one works out on this route.
1. Door-to-door by covered carrier
The crew comes to you, wraps the bike, ties it down inside a covered body, and delivers to your Mysuru address. A commuter bike runs about ₹6,650 to ₹9,100, with 7–9 days on the road. You only need to be present at pickup and at delivery. Read more on our door-to-door bike transport page.
2. Railway parcel
On this distance, parcel trains involve more than one connection, and a bike left at a transfer station gets damaged more often than one on a single carrier. If you do try it, book a direct service where possible, and ask the parcel office at Mysuru whether they take two-wheelers. More on that in our train vs truck guide.
3. Ride it yourself
2,280 km means 6 days of riding and 5 hotel nights. Fuel alone is about ₹4,800 for a commuter and about ₹7,200 for a 350cc bike. It is a real trip, not a relocation tool, and a long ride ages tyres, chain and brakes. Few people do it for a house move.

At this distance, a covered carrier is the only practical way to move the bike, unless you want an adventure. We handle everything from motorcycles and scooters to Royal Enfield and sports bikes.
Noida To Mysuru Bike Transport Costs in 2026: What You’re Really Paying For
Prices below are what most customers pay on this route. They are ranges because the same cc can mean different weight and handling, and because carriers price by the week's load.
| Bike type | Price range (incl. GST) | Delivery |
|---|---|---|
| Scooter / moped (up to 125cc) | ₹6,100 – ₹8,050 | 7–9 days |
| Commuter bike (100–160cc) | ₹6,650 – ₹9,100 | 7–9 days |
| Royal Enfield / cruiser (350–650cc) | ₹7,950 – ₹11,150 | 7–9 days |
| Sports bike (300cc+) | ₹12,600 – ₹17,650 | 7–9 days |
| Superbike (650cc+) | Quoted after we know the exact model | |
Where the money goes (commuter bike, mid-range quote of ₹7,900)
| Item | Approx. amount |
|---|---|
| Line-haul freight (Noida to Mysuru) | ₹5,100 |
| Loading, strapping and standard wrap | ₹850 |
| Door pickup and door delivery | ₹750 |
| GST at 18% | ₹1,200 |
| Total | ₹7,900 |
Factors That Affect Bike Shipping Cost
- Transit insurance: 2.5% of the declared value, with a minimum of ₹300. On a bike valued at ₹1,00,000 that is about ₹2,500, plus GST.
- Express delivery: adds about 25% to the transport portion and brings the time down to 4–6 days.
- Difficult access: a narrow lane or a low basement can mean a smaller vehicle for the last stretch, and that can cost extra. Say so when you ask for the quote.
- Waiting time: a driver held up for hours at either end may bill for the wait. Ask what the rule is before you book.
- Depot instead of door: if you collect from or drop at a transport hub, you save about ₹750 plus GST.
What moves the final number on this route
- Distance. Each extra 100 km on this lane adds roughly ₹100 to a commuter bike's price. Noida to Mysuru is about 2,280 km.
- Condition of the bike. A bike that will not start needs more people to load. Say so when you ask for the quote.
- Season and demand. Prices move up around Diwali, Holi and the academic year start, when more people are shifting.
- Flexibility on dates. A pickup window of three to five days is cheaper than a fixed same-day demand.
- Packing grade and insurance value. Premium wrapping adds about ₹900, and insurance is 2.5% of the declared value, so a higher declared value costs more.
- Bike size and weight. At 2,280 km a scooter starts near ₹6,100, a commuter near ₹6,650, a Royal Enfield near ₹7,950 and a sports bike near ₹12,600. Heavier bikes take more space and strapping.
- Access at both ends. A basement bay, a lift-only lobby or a lane that a truck cannot enter means extra hands or a smaller vehicle, and extra cost.
The price rises with distance, but not in a straight line. The first few hundred kilometres cost more per km than the rest, because loading, packing and paperwork are fixed. The Safety Checklist Before You Pay Any Advance for Bike Transport from Noida
A few minutes of checking can save you a lot. Here is what to confirm before paying anyone an advance.
- Get the quote in writing. It should name the pickup address, the Mysuru delivery address, packing, insurance, GST and the days promised.
- Ask if the bike stays on one vehicle. Over 2,280 km, a transfer at a hub is where most damage and delay happen.
- Pay a company account. Get a receipt or invoice. Payments to personal numbers with no bill are hard to dispute later.
- Ask for a contact number for the trip. Someone should pick up the phone while your bike is on the road.
- Do a pickup inspection. Photos or a video of the bike from all sides, with the odometer reading, and a signed condition sheet.
- Do not pay in full upfront. A small booking amount is fine. If someone asks for everything before pickup, that is a warning sign.
- Check the company is real. Ask for the GST number, the registered office address and a landline or office you can visit or video call. Search the name with reviews.
- Plan the Mysuru delivery. Palace-area roads restrict heavy vehicles during Dasara, so drop points move to the outer ring road.
List of Documents You Usually Need for Bike Transport from Noida to Mysuru (And When NOC Matters)
For the Noida to Mysuru lane, keep the papers short: ownership, ID, insurance and a clear address at each end. A longer explanation is in our documents guide.
Keep these ready
- Authority letter: needed when a friend, relative or building staff hands over or receives the bike. Attach their ID.
- Bank letter: if the RC shows a bank under hypothecation, keep the lender's consent letter or NOC with you.
- Contact numbers: one person in Noida who can speak to the guard and one in Mysuru for the driver.
- RC (registration certificate): a copy goes with the bike and you keep the original. Noida bikes carry UP-16 plates, but many on the road are still on DL plates.
- Owner's ID: Aadhaar, driving licence or passport, with the same name as on the RC.
- Address proof: for the Noida pickup and for the delivery in Mysuru. A rent agreement, utility bill or society letter all work.
When NOC matters
An NOC is not needed just to put a bike on a carrier. It matters when the bike will stay in Karnataka for a long time. Under Section 47 of the Motor Vehicles Act, a vehicle kept in another state for more than 12 months has to be registered afresh there. For that you need a No Objection Certificate (Form 28) from the registering authority of the bike, normally the Gautam Buddh Nagar RTO in Noida for a UP-16 plate, and then you register with the RTO in Mysuru.
For a temporary stay, such as a course or a short posting, you can usually keep the existing registration and skip the NOC. When in doubt, apply before the bike leaves Noida, and clear any pending challans first because they can hold the application. A BH series plate, if you qualify, avoids re-registration altogether.
Complete Step-By-Step Booking Process of Bike Transport from Noida to Mysuru: Including Pickup To Delivery
This is how a normal booking runs. Our how it works page has more detail.
- Ask for a quote. Fill the form at the top of this page or call +91 96713 11891. Share the bike model, pickup area and the Mysuru address.
- Confirm the booking. Check the days and the price, then pay the booking amount. Keep the receipt; you will need it at delivery.
- Get the bike ready. Leave about a litre of petrol, take off bags and phone mounts, and wash it so existing marks are clear. Rain on the west side from June to September and the north-east monsoon on the east coast from October to December slow trucks. Winter fog affects only the first day out of Noida.
- Pickup day. Someone should be at the house to sign. The bike is photographed from all sides, wrapped, strapped and loaded.
- While it travels. Keep your phone on. A delay from weather or a breakdown is reported to you, not hidden until the due date.
- Be reachable. The driver rings ahead. Have the gate pass or society permission ready so the vehicle is not turned away.
- Inspect and close. Match the bike to the pickup photos, start it, and note any damage on the paper before you sign and pay.
In Mysuru we usually deliver to Vijayanagar, Kuvempunagar, Hebbal, Saraswathipuram, Gokulam and Jayalakshmipuram. Palace-area roads restrict heavy vehicles during Dasara, so drop points move to the outer ring road.

Common Mistakes People Make On This Bike Transport Route from Noida (And How You Avoid Them)
- Booking the peak slot. Between 9 and 11 am and 5 and 8 pm, the DND Flyway, Chilla border and Sector 62 are jammed. Ask for an early pickup.
- Not checking who signs. Whoever signs at delivery accepts the bike as is, so have the right person there.
- Ignoring the weather. Rain on the west side from June to September and the north-east monsoon on the east coast from October to December slow trucks. Winter fog affects only the first day out of Noida. Ask for a flexible window.
- Trusting a verbal promise. If the days or the price are not on paper, they are not a promise.
- A mistake specific to Mysuru. Choosing Dasara week for delivery. Roads are crowded and tours restrict vehicles.
- Not planning the drop. Typical delivery areas include Vijayanagar, Kuvempunagar, Hebbal, Saraswathipuram, Gokulam and Jayalakshmipuram. Palace-area roads restrict heavy vehicles during Dasara, so drop points move to the outer ring road.
